Half Bath Update
There is a small half bath on the main floor. Originally, it was a drab, green color and very dark inside. This definitely needed some sprucing up!
Take a look at the before:
We had our contractor do a fresh update with wallpaper, new vanity, toilet and mirror.
Thanks to Wayfair, we were able to find great deals on everything we needed for this remodel.
I chose to wallpaper one wall with this Geometric Wallpaper. It brought some contemporary style to this reno! It was also prepasted and strippable for easy application/removal.
The remaining walls were painted the Repose Gray with the rest of the main floor.
We had to stick with a pedestal sink due to the size of the room but I wanted something more modern, straight lines. We chose the Kohler Memoirs Pedestal sink. The edges are large enough for soap dispensers and candles, which is a must in such a small bathroom.
For a little retro feel, we added the cross hatch, gooseneck faucet by Kingston Brass. I just love it!
The bathroom is finished off with a large, square, art-deco style mirror found at Home Goods.
The dark, dingy light fixture in the ceiling was replaced with a warmer, recessed light. It brings a lot more life to this bathroom!
